Oral Free Paper Presentation
Oral presentations for ATCSA 2025 are divided into two categories: Free Paper Presentation (multiple sessions), and Young Investigators Award.
Any of the listed authors may present during the oral presentation sessions. The presenter should be registered in the main program of ATCSA 2025. Deadline for registration of the presenter is on 01 November 2025, 11:59 pm (PHT).
Oral presenters are required to use the official ATCSA 2025 presentation template, which can be downloaded HERE
Disclosures and conflicts of interest must be included at the start of the presentation.
File name should be: FREE_DATE_PRESENTER LAST NAME
Presentations should be saved in Microsoft Powerpoint format (filename.ppt or .pptx). Keynote or Canva presentation will not be accepted.
A maximum of 8 minutes is allowed for free paper presentations. A maximum of 10 minutes is allowed for Young Investigators Award presentations. A 2-minute question and answer portion will follow each presentation.
Slides for oral presentation must be submitted ahead of the congress via e-mail to: research@atcsa2025manila.org
Please indicate the category for which the submission is intended, including the general topic. Deadline for submission: 31 October 2025, 11:59 pm (PHT)
All oral presenters are required to check-in at the Speaker Preparation Room at least 6 hours before the start of their session to ensure that their presentation is properly loaded and working. Minimal changes to the submitted presentations will be allowed at this time.
Use of personal laptops or USB drives is not permissible during the presentation proper.
Young Investigators Award
TThe Young Investigators Award (YIA) aims to encourage and recognize the work of young investigators and their parent institutions.
Criteria for Qualification:
o Age limit: Presenters must be 40 years old or younger at the time of presentation.
o Authorship: The presenter must be the main author of the submitted work.
o Contribution: The presenter must have made a substantial contribution to the research work submitted
Guidelines for the YIA presentation is the same as for the oral free paper presentation.
