Dear Friends, On behalf of the Philippine Association of Thoracic, Cardiac and Vascular Surgeons, Inc. (PATACSI), it is my great honor and privilege to welcome you to the 33rd Annual Congress of the Association of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons of Asia (ATCSA), to be held in Manila, Philippines from November 21 to 23, 2025 at the prestigious Shangri-La Makati.
The last time we had the privilege of hosting ATCSA was in 2015, on the beautiful island of Mactan, Cebu. A decade later, we are excited to reopen our doors to colleagues, mentors, innovators, and friends from across Asia and beyond. This year’s theme, “Innovations in Thoracic, Cardiac and Vascular Surgery”, is both timely and forward-looking, as our field continues to be shaped by groundbreaking technologies, minimally invasive approaches, and global collaboration.
In keeping with ATCSA’s mission to elevate surgical care across the region, this year’s congress will feature a robust and forward-looking scientific program including live workshops, high-level plenary lectures, and presentations of novel techniques and clinical studies. We are also pleased to announce the inclusion of a dedicated nursing program designed to complement the clinical sessions.
